Dr. Rogers currently holds influential positions on the Boards of the Toda Institute for Global Policy & Peace Research and the Northern Arizona University Education Foundation.

A gifted public speaker and workshop facilitator, Dr. Rogers has over 30 years of global experience in inspiring diverse audiences in helping them advance their strategic thinking in areas ranging from organizational sustainability to transformational learning. She has given talks and workshops at the United Nations in Geneva, the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., as well as presented and facilitated at many international conferences, non-profit organizations, and companies. She has also worked with community service organizations and touring groups such as Rotary International and Road Scholars.

Throughout her career, Dr. Rogers has played integral roles in the international non-governmental and educational sectors, demonstrating expertise as an executive, board member, and educator. With doctorates in political science and history, she is a recipient of a prestigious Presidential postdoctoral fellowship from the Humboldt Foundation and has contributed as a Fulbright scholar, imparting knowledge on environmental politics and history in Germany. Currently serving as the 7th president of Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA, she spearheads this distributed-learning graduate school, renowned for its exceptional programs tailored to adult learners in clinical psychology, various psychology disciplines, human talent and development, organizational leadership, and education.
